Sharon's Birth and Baby Your Way Class was a fantastic resource for us as we prepared to welcome our first baby. Sharon is a wonderful teacher and utilizes the virtual learning format very skillfully. We came out of each week having learned lots of new things in a very approachable way and we really appreciated being able to access the education and community safely as covid and other respiratory viruses continue to circulate. She prepared us for so many possible ways that our baby's birth could go that we felt very confident heading into the final stretch of pregnancy. Her knowledge and depth of experience were indispensable. Our only disappointment was that she was already booked for our due date and thus could not be our doula, too. I highly recommend Sharon's class to anyone expecting a baby!

I credit so much of my successful VBAC to Sharon. Her birth class was truly wonderful. She helped me see that I did want to labor again and that I had far more choices and control than I realized. She taught me how to slow down the pace of the hospital, ask questions, and advocate for myself—skills that made a huge difference during my birth. I was amazed at her knowledge of the female reproductive system and associated clinical and birthing/postnatal protocols, despite not being a professional nurse/midwife. Sharon displayed great emotional and cultural intelligence, and made the multicultural or diverse class livelier than I expected. Course pace was carefully structured to meet my individual speed, and I believe no matter how slow a learner anyone is, they`d flow through this course in seamless fashion.
